Job Description

Canonical is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background and a passion for cloud and data center infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to various products
  • Collaborate with different teams to fulfill customer objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities and renewal risks
  • Advocate for customers internally to improve satisfaction
  • Create campaigns targeting multiple customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of IT-related work experience
  • Experience with Linux OS, data applications, cloud computing, and more
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is a plus
