Passionate Business Development Manager role focused on driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships in the golf and sporting industry at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in Aberglasslyn, NSW.

Responsibilities

Develop targeted sales strategies to grow Golf & Sporting Groups segment
Manage key accounts and nurture long-term partnerships
Drive proactive business development through outbound sales
Represent the resort at golf tournaments and trade shows
Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales performance metrics

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in tourism industry
Proven track record of driving sales growth
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
