Job Description

Join our team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in Hunter Valley as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Work weekends, early mornings, evenings, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant and bar
Develop and promote food and beverage features to clients
Supervise and train Food & Beverage Attendants

Qualifications

12+ months supervisory experience in a similar role
3 years experience in a restaurant or hotel environment
Current RSA certificate
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
