Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and representation to clients
Progress and resolve disability and insurance superannuation litigated cases
Assess claims effectively
Cultivate strong client relationships
Prepare legal documentation with attention to detail
Mentor junior team members

Qualifications

Bachelor of Laws in progress or completed
Experience in litigation preferred
Strong understanding of relevant legislation
Ability to question and challenge the status quo
