Join Austal as a Senior Payroll Officer responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll systems, ensuring legislative compliance, and providing expert payroll advice.

Responsibilities

End to end weekly & monthly payroll processing.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Respond to payroll queries and manage the shared People Services inbox.
Interpret and apply awards, enterprise agreements, and contracts.
Liaise with staff and management on payroll matters.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
End to end payroll experience and knowledge.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Working understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
