Responsibilities

Act as a trusted HR advisor to employees and management
Resolve employee concerns and conflicts
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Enhance organisational design and workforce planning
Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 2 years in a Business Partner role
Experience in construction or resources sector preferred
Ability to commit to a 19:9 roster
