Job Description

Lead the culinary experience at the village, ensuring a seamless operation and delivering a gold standard service.

Responsibilities

To coordinate and oversee production and presentation of meal services, carrying out cooking duties where necessary, and utilizing computer systems for standard menus, costing and production planning.

To follow and deliver Civeo standard seasonal menus and to promote the use of suitable seasonal, regional, & quality produce that reflects Civeo's food standards.

Qualifications

Demonstrated relevant work experience of at least 5 years in a kitchen leadership role

A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification (or equivalent) and be able to produce relevant paperwork and certification (International qualifications must be recognised by an Australian Trade College)
