Responsibilities

  • Manage office design, aesthetics, and in-office perks
  • Plan and execute social events, celebrations, and culture-building activities
  • Act as First Aider or Warden
  • Implement office systems and standards
  • Manage travel arrangements and calendars
  • Communicate workplace initiatives and updates
  • Support employees with office operations
  • Organize office events and social activities
  • Support wider company initiatives
  • Handle general office administration

Qualifications

  • Previous office management or facilities management experience
  • Proactive and approachable demeanour
  • Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
