Responsibilities

Manage and optimize online storefronts on platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or Amazon.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to improve site performance and conversion rates.
Coordinate with product, design, and logistics teams for seamless operations and product launches.
Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Ensure high standards for user experience (UX), branding, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in managing or supporting e-commerce operations.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, web analytics, and online sales channels.
Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
