Job Description

We are an international college located in Newcastle NSW seeking an enthusiastic ELICOS teacher and an ELICOS coordinator to deliver engaging English language classes to international students.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ELICOS classes using approved curriculum and materials
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor and assess student progress
  • Provide feedback and support to students
  • Keep accurate attendance and academic records
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum AQF Level 7)
  • Recognised TESOL qualification (e.g., CELTA, Grad Cert TESOL) with practical teaching
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness
  • Ability to use technology in the classroom
