Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of annual operations plans, lifecycle maintenance programs, and monitor budgets
Identify and support capital planning and delivery in line with business objectives
Manage national service contracts, oversee project timelines, and drive sustainability initiatives
Provide operational support and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders
Foster a collaborative team environment, mentor operations teams, and ensure consistent training and application of systems and processes
Partner and influence with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and champion continuous improvement

Qualifications

Previous experience as a National, Portfolio Operations or Operations Manager
Strong numeracy skills and financial analytics
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Strong indirect leadership skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Willingness to embrace innovative thought and drive cost efficiencies
Exceptional project management skills and adaptability
