Job Description

Ventia has been awarded a five-year partnership with Telstra to provide lifecycle management and fixed network services for Telstra's digital infrastructure. The Telecommunications team is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations in Perth, WA.

Responsibilities

Lead & manage allocated field delivery teams and contractors
Support workforce and Facilities & Network Services Projects team in managing construction activities
Site Inspection Planning, Contingency Planning, Works Handover, and Operational management
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical or similar trade desirable
5+ years of field-based experience in telecommunication power
At least 4 years of Facility or Engineering Management experience
Experience within Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environment
