Job Description

Join Green by Nature as an International Sourcing Specialist to proactively identify, engage, and pipeline international candidates for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles across operations.

Responsibilities

Proactively source and build pipelines of international candidates
Conduct global market research and talent mapping
Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
Partner with migration agencies for compliance with immigration requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for workforce planning alignment
Maintain accurate sourcing activity records and provide pipeline reporting
Coach and support hiring managers on international sourcing best practices

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience
Deep understanding of global sourcing channels
Familiarity with Australian immigration legislation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ATS platforms and candidate management systems
