Job Description

Join Red Cross as a Telecross Volunteer and support isolated and at-risk older Australians by making daily wellbeing calls.

Responsibilities

Rostered to make up to 20 brief phone calls in one hour
Provide friendly voice and support for clients
Operate call management system

Qualifications

Good conversational skills
Empathy towards older people
Comfortable using computers
Completion of National Criminal Check
