Sales Executive

Drive revenue growth by securing new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting facilities for events, conferences, and group bookings.

Develop and maintain relationships with PCO's, Event Management Companies, Corporate Houses, and Travel Agents.
Source new clients and opportunities for the Hotel & Event Centre.
Attend tradeshows, networking, and industry meetings.
Write contracts and proposals.
Prepare reports on sales activities.
Research new business development opportunities.
Meet KPI's aligned with the strategic plan.

Minimum 3 years' experience in group sales within Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel, or Club Industries.
Client relationship management experience.
Ability to negotiate rates and contracts.
Proven ability to reach KPI's and Sales Targets.
Outstanding communication skills.
Advanced computer skills.
