Job Description

The Director of Early Learning Services will lead a team in providing inclusive and quality education and care services to children and families.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of staff in delivering education and care services
Champion pedagogical development and service delivery in line with Council policy
Work in partnership with children, families, and the community

Relevant Qualifications, Certificates and Licences
Strong leadership skills
Experience in leading diverse teams
Interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
Knowledge of early childhood education best practices
