Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition sign-off to onboarding
Attract and source candidates creatively
Attend networking events and careers fairs
Screen and assess candidates fairly
Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate journey

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in in-house recruitment
Experience in high-volume blue collar and strategic white collar recruitment
Strong relationship-building skills
Organized, independent, and detail-oriented
