Job Description

Join NAB as an Employee Relations Consultant to provide strategic advice and support on complex ER issues, conduct investigations, and support people leader capability.

Responsibilities

Provide advice and support on employee relations matters
Conduct formal investigations into employee conduct
Interpret and advise on workplace policies and legislation
Respond to employment-related claims
Support people leader capability development

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in employee relations or HR
Proven ER experience in a corporate environment
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
Experience in providing solutions to complex problems
Knowledge of multiple jurisdictional organizations
