Design, implement, and maintain EUC devices and management systems.
Provide technical expertise in systems technologies.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of systems operating environment.
Troubleshoot complex systems issues and provide support.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in EUC engineering roles.
Expertise in EUC systems technologies such as Workstations, Printers, and handheld devices.
Experience with ITSM and ITIL processes.
Strong understanding of systems concepts and protocols.
