Job Description

Join Allianz Partners as a Customer Service Assistant in their Roadside Assistance Team, delivering exceptional service to customers through effective telephone call management.

Responsibilities

Receiving and screening telephone calls for various issues.
Providing relevant information and referrals as necessary.
Thoroughly and accurately logging call data into CRM system.
Ensuring end-to-end case management for customer inquiries.
Representing the Assistance team and Allianz Worldwide Partners positively in interactions.

Qualifications

Completion of Year 12 secondary education.
Related industry certification (Certificate III/IV Telecommunications).
Basic to Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
