Job Description

Join Allianz Partners within their Roadside Assistance Team as a Customer Service Assistant to deliver exceptional service to customers through effective telephone call management.

Responsibilities

Receiving and screening telephone calls for various issues
Providing relevant information and referrals
Thorough and accurate logging of call data
Delivering exceptional service to customers

Qualifications

Completion of Year 12 secondary education
Related industry certification (Certificate III/IV Telecommunications)
Basic to Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
