Responsibilities

Lead and mentor frontend developers
Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Conduct code reviews
Optimize application performance
Implement testing strategies
Define CI/CD pipelines
Stay updated with frontend technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation

Qualifications

5+ years of frontend development experience
Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with frontend build tools and testing frameworks
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
