Job Description

The Culture and Workforce Officer provides human resource and organisational development activities to achieve the Workforce and Culture team's goals within Solar Victoria.

Responsibilities

Provide generalist HR advice to leaders and staff
Manage recruitment activities with Hiring Managers
Develop and deliver internal events and communications

Qualifications

Experience in HR/organisational development
Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (desirable)
