Job Description

Provide Superannuation education and training to members, delivering presentations and engaging virtually to enhance member engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

Engage with members and employees to address inquiries about Rest's products and retirement solutions.
Identify members in need of personalized advice and refer them to appropriate channels.
Conduct presentations at seminars focusing on Rest's solutions.
Deliver engaging virtual seminars to diverse audiences.
Collaborate with employers and support new staff during onboarding.
Promote Rest's online capabilities to members.
Maintain strong connections with stakeholders.

Qualifications

RG146 compliance
Diploma in Financial Planning or relevant Tertiary qualifications.
Significant experience in financial services.
