Job Description

Join our team at The University of Melbourne as a HR Business Partner on a 12-month Fixed term contract. Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with divisional objectives and drive impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Execute University-wide HR and Talent initiatives translating to local environment
Ensure compliance with HR policies and communicate new policies to divisional staff
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase performance through people
Determine development and training opportunities with Divisional leadership

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification in HR
Experience in providing expert advice on HR issues
Strong case management experience
Ability to partner with Business Services and Centres of Excellence
