Overseeing requests via the mailbox/MS teams

Records and Database Management

Continuous improvement of workplace experience
Previous experience in corporate reception
Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Teams
Understanding of Workplace Support and Concierge services
Knowledge of Facility/Property support functions
Understanding of Facility/Property compliance requirements
