Job Description

Join AEMO's Workplace Experience team to create a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment for clients, visitors, and the workforce.

Responsibilities

Answering calls, responding to staff queries, meeting room set up

Greeting staff, visitors & accepting deliveries

Overseeing requests via the mailbox/MS teams

Anticipating workforce and visitor needs

Troubleshooting and finding solutions

Supporting employee Onboarding and Offboarding

Records and Database Management

Health and Safety of our people and workplace

Continuous improvement of workplace experience

Qualifications

Previous experience in corporate reception

Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills

Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Teams

Understanding of Workplace Support and Concierge services

Knowledge of Facility/Property support functions

Understanding of Facility/Property compliance requirements
