Seeking an experienced Senior HRBP to provide strategic and operational advice on workplace relations matters within a large Education organisation.

Responsibilities

Advising and supporting management on workplace relations matters
Implementing strategies to improve workplace relations
Negotiating and managing industrial agreements
Handling complex case management and investigations
Ensuring compliance with legislation and standards
Developing relationships with key stakeholders
Leading training initiatives
Contributing to HR policies improvement

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field
Proven experience in a similar role
Understanding of employment legislation and industrial relations
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
