Job Description

Lead the sales team at The Good Guys by creating a positive and sales-focused culture to drive profitable sales growth within the store.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Develop team capability using a proven in-house sales model
Contribute to financial performance through labour management, profitable sales, inventory management, and expenses
Maintain compliance with legislative requirements and Consumer Law
Uphold The Good Guys brand through excellent customer experience and visual merchandising
