Responsibilities

Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle process
Collaborating with team members in other offices to handle employee queries
Maintaining accurate employee data in Workday
Assisting with data analysis and reporting
Coordinating engaging initiatives like new starter orientation programs
Supporting national cyclical projects
Ensuring compliance with HR procedures

Qualifications

A degree or TAFE qualification in Human Resources or similar
Experience in an HR Coordinator or Administrator role
Strong customer service mindset
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Experience with HRIS systems
