Job Description

Manage front of house, events, property, and facilities operations to ensure exceptional experiences. Lead the front of house team and oversee large-scale events from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

Events Management

Oversee all elements of large-scale events from inception to completion
Briefing and coordinating internal teams and external event agencies
Source venues, logistics, budgeting, and supplier management
Conduct post-event evaluations

Front of House Leadership

Lead the Front of House team and ensure exceptional customer experiences
Maintain a clean and organized Front of House area
Collaborate with catering suppliers
Support the team with responsibilities as needed

Facilities Management

Oversee facility maintenance and operations
Manage budgets and vendor contracts

Management & Coaching

Establish a supportive environment and culture
Provide training, coaching, and support to the team

Qualifications

Requirements:

Experience in customer services, event planning, and Front of House management
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Computer literacy and willingness to learn new software
