Supporting up to 30 clients
Providing clients with updates throughout the construction phase and continuing up to six months post-maintenance
Adhoc admin as required

2+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in Client Liaison and Maintenance for a project, Modular, or Custom home builder
Exceptional attention to detail and customer-centric focus
Strong organizational abilities
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
