Job Description

Join our team as a Rostering Administrator at Crescent Respite, a pioneering organization in psychotherapy, providing person-centered care and innovative solutions for individuals with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

  • Match client needs when building new rosters
  • Set up new rosters and backfill when needed
  • Develop effective relationships with workforce and clients
  • Assist in integrating new staff into the workforce
  • Manage roster according to client requirements

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in rostering/scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and rostering software
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • Victorian Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation module
