Join the team at The Living Room, a contemporary and stylish lounge at Park Hyatt Sydney, offering all day dining menus. We are looking for a passionate Team Leader to ensure exceptional guest service and uphold food and beverage standards.

Responsibilities

Assist Assistant Manager in executing policies and procedures
Provide exceptional guest service and handle inquiries efficiently
Implement food and beverage standards
Greet customers, provide recommendations, take orders, serve food and beverage professionally
Process payments and operate point of sales machines
Develop team members through training and coaching

Qualifications

Proven fine dining experience
2+ years in a similar role
Current NSW RSA License
Knowledge of wines, beverages, and coffee making
Basic computer literacy
