Job Description

Lead the Key Worker Team within the Southwestern Sydney pilot hybrid child and family health hub to provide integrated care to young parents facing vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of Key Workers
Develop and implement a practice framework and referral pathways
Work closely with partners to strengthen service integration
Develop data collection methods and evaluation systems
Advocate for the voices of children, young people, and families

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or relevant field
5+ years of experience in child and family sector
Knowledge of child protection legislation and risk assessment
Experience working with culturally diverse families
Current NSW Driver’s Licence & NSW Working with Children Check
