Responsibilities

Lead team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet team budgets and KPIs
Succession planning for team members
Execute Visual Merchandising in-store
Prioritize Stock Management processes
Coach team members and provide feedback

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail management
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Visual Merchandising and Stock Management
