Job Description

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of employability programs to enhance graduate employment outcomes and embed employability across the student experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of employability and career development programs.
Strategically support schools and business units to integrate employability within curricula and co-curricular opportunities.
Use data and industry trends to innovate program content and delivery.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team delivering student-facing employability services.
Champion inclusive and accessible approaches across physical and digital campuses.

Qualifications

A relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent combination of experience and education in career development, education, HR, or organisational development.
Strong leadership and staff management skills.
Demonstrated success in delivering employability or professional development programs.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic planning capabilities.
Proven ability to innovate and solve complex problems using evidence-based approaches.
