Job Description

Austal is seeking a Project Supervisor to manage daily site operations of assigned projects, coordinating trades to ensure works are executed on time, budget, and quality levels.

Responsibilities

Plan daily and weekly task requirements for the team
Identify potential risks or constraints impacting task delivery
Assist in compiling and submitting OQE as required
Monitor procedure execution and provide feedback to QA department
Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure works are conducted according to specifications

Qualifications

Construction safety induction (white card)
Trade Qualification in relevant field
Experience in a supervisor role
