Job Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the complete Yard operations, establishing efficient systems to support business needs and working cross-functionally with various business units.

Responsibilities

Strategize, maintain, and manage the yard operations
Supervise yard managers and update procedures for efficient management
Monitor maintenance of fleet vehicles and driver checklists
Set KPIs for yards and ensure minimum productivity targets
Ensure Health and Safety compliance
Manage daily business functions and budget

Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters degree
10+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work with multiple groups
