Job Description

CPB Contractors is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to ensure business continuity by providing support for the payroll team leader and system officer, handling payroll escalations, audits, troubleshooting, and more.

Responsibilities

Coordinate audits, payroll uploads, and compliance
Maintain Timekeeper systems and resolve issues
Manage relationships with payroll providers
Test payroll system functionality

Qualifications

Diploma in Accounting and Payroll Certificate (desirable)
5+ years of payroll experience
Experience with large-scale payroll/HRIS systems
Strong communication and time management skills
