Join Mounties Group as a Duty Manager to coordinate daily operations at Triglav and Mekong venues, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Liaise with stakeholders for smooth operations
Manage customer complaints
Supervise and train employees
Assist with compliance reporting

Qualifications

Current RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG Competency Card
Understanding of gaming and F&B operations
Excellent customer service and team building skills
Willingness to work flexible hours
