Job Description

Join a dynamic and fast-paced newly created team as our new Wholesale Coordinator!

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key wholesale clients
Provide day to day support to front line wholesale agents
Conduct sales training for ITG product types
Monitor travel industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
Resolve customer and wholesale agent issues
Recommend changes to improve wholesale client experience

Qualifications

Well-versed in one of the ITG?s product verticals
Advanced knowledge of ITG?s business systems
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
Proactive approach to stakeholder relations
Ability to analyze data and trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
