Join Kurrawa Surf Club as a Full-Time T-28 Cafe Supervisor, overseeing the daily operations of the T-28 Cafe. Lead a team of baristas, cashiers, and floor runners to ensure exceptional customer service and a high-quality food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the café
Maintain high standards in coffee preparation, food presentation, and customer service
Oversee opening and closing procedures
Manage inventory and ordering with suppliers
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience in a café or hospitality setting
Strong barista skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with POS systems and stock management
