Join LD Total's Lot Packages Team as a Client Liaison & Administration person. Handle data entry, client communication, and administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry of lot owner details
  • Contact lot owners regarding fencing and landscaping
  • Answer incoming phone calls and resolve queries
  • Record client correspondence
  • Communicate with colleagues
  • Organize design consultation team bookings
  • Produce and manage invoices
  • Provide reports to management or clients
  • Assist with pricing and estimating
  • Order Greenstock

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration
  • Call center experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
