Job Description

United for Care is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a team in the Wollongong and South Australia regions to deliver high-quality, supported living services for people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Service Leaders to deliver high-quality services
Ensure NDIS funding compliance and service delivery according to standards
Maximize vacancies and manage participant transitions
Collaborate with Property team for maintenance and safety requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications in Human Services or similar
5 years' experience in Disability Services
Experience with NDIS and Supported Independent Living
Ability to manage budgets and service agreements
Willingness to travel interstate periodically
