Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of educational programs in line with the OAC Grow Curriculum, EYLF, and NQS. Mentor, support, and inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of educational programs
Mentor, support, and inspire a team of educators
Foster reflective practice and collaboration
Build strong partnerships with children, families, team, and community
Contribute to the centre's quality improvement plan

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor qualification
Minimum 2 years educational leadership experience
Team-based and collaborative approach
Deep understanding of frameworks and regulations
