Manage Windows servers, networks, and backup systems.
Set up and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
Support Microsoft 365 hybrid environments, domains, and virtualisation platforms like Hyper-V and VMware.
Assist with software development and product commercialisation initiatives.
Work both independently and within a team to proactively resolve technical issues.
Solid experience supporting SMB IT environments.
Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Hyper-V, and VMware.
Good networking knowledge?experience working with firewalls, switches, and wireless systems.
Confident in managing Windows domain environments and server administration.
Clear and effective communicator?you can translate technical terms into everyday language.
Hold a current Australian driver?s licence and are happy to visit client sites when required.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
