Job Description

Join our team at YMCA Boondall Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) as an Assistant Coordinator. Assist the Service Coordinator with daily operations and manage a team of Educators.

Responsibilities

Develop quality programs
Manage day-to-day program operations
Support staff management
Ensure policy compliance
Undertake administrative tasks
Collaborate with families and school community

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching
Demonstrated experience in programming
Customer service skills
Verbal and written communication skills
First Aid and CPR certification
Blue Card or willingness to obtain
