Job Description

Star of the Sea Catholic College is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face and administrative backbone of our school community.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional reception and frontline support. Manage routine enquiries and office communications efficiently. Maintain student, staff, and school records with confidentiality and accuracy. Assist with general administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling, minute-taking, and data entry. Support financial processes such as receipting, petty cash, and invoicing. Help coordinate meetings, school events, and staff records. Uphold the school's welcoming environment by maintaining tidy office and reception areas.

Qualifications

A confident communicator with a customer-first attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professional integrity. Flexible and reliable team player who works well under minimal supervision.
