Job Description

Join Rabobank as a WHS Coordinator to lead safety initiatives and support over 1500 employees in branches and offices across Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for WHS advice and issue triage.
  • Uplift and maintain tools like the WHS company SharePoint page and process documentation.
  • Deliver tailored projects, processes, and work practices aligned with WHS Management System requirements.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in a WHS role for a large organization.
  • Completed a WHS qualification such as a Diploma/Certificate IV in Work, Health & Safety.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
