Job Description

Rabobank is seeking a HR Advisor to provide advisory services and support for Australia as part of the Human Resources & Corporate Affairs team. This role involves full employee life-cycle HR generalist activities, providing HR advice, managing HR inbox, and supporting with strategic HR activities and projects.

Responsibilities

Full employee life-cycle HR generalist activities and administration.
Providing HR advice on policies and other HR related matters.
Supporting leaders with performance and conduct management cases.
Managing requests into the HR Inbox and resolving them quickly.
Supporting with strategic HR activities and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or equivalent in HR.
Experience in providing HR advice to leaders and employees.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data.
Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
