Job Description

Rabobank is seeking a HR Advisor to provide advisory services and support for Australia as part of the Human Resources & Corporate Affairs team. This role involves full employee life-cycle HR generalist activities, providing HR advice, managing HR inbox, and supporting with strategic HR activities and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Full employee life-cycle HR generalist activities and administration.
  • Providing HR advice on policies and other HR related matters.
  • Supporting leaders with performance and conduct management cases.
  • Managing requests into the HR Inbox and resolving them quickly.
  • Supporting with strategic HR activities and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent in HR.
  • Experience in providing HR advice to leaders and employees.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
